BOOKING CONDITIONS

All charges must be paid before the course commences

A deposit of Euro150 or full payment is required when booking a course.
Full payment is required if the course booking is less than 2 weeks prior to commencement.
Final payment must be made before the course starts. For accommodation a deposit of Euro20 is required, (which will be paid to the provider to secure the booking).

Payment by International Money Order, Eurocheque or International Bank cheque payable to The British Independent Academy, Mondus Linguae (details will be sent in confirmation e-mail).

Cancellations: cancellations must be made in writing before the start of the course. Deposits are not refundable.
If for a valid reason (medical etc) the student cancels 30 days prior to the start of the course, the course fee (apart from the deposit) will be refundable.
For cancellations between 10 and 29 days, 30% of the balance of the fee (apart from the deposit) will be refunded.
No fees will be refunded for cancellations less than 10 days prior to the course starting.
No fees will be refunded for late starting/early leaving or irregular attendance

Other conditions: the Academy accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained or damage/loss of personal property whilst participating in activities outside the school. It is recommended all students have adequate insurance cover.

Missing course lessons or being absent does not entitle students to a refund.

All registration forms and fees received will be acknowledged via e-mail or post.

Confirmation of acceptance of registration will be via e-mail and post. If it is not possible to meet the course dates required the deposit or full amount will be returned
